Story number 5 for 15 May 2002

(Sri Lanka)–And, the International Needs Network reports ministry in Sri Lanka is going well. The Harrison Center in Colombo is offering vocational training classes for young women. The goal is to offer these women from nearby slums an opportunity to improve their daily lives. At the end of each day, a Bible study is given. As a trusting relationship grows, the ladies begin to share their personal concerns for prayer and spiritual counsel. Please continue to pray that the seeds of the Gospel will bear fruit.
