(Russia)–Meanwhile, a reception in Saint Petersburg, Russia helped an evangelistic outreach move forward with ministry. Team members with Operation Mobilization’s Logos two ship were planning to do prison ministry, but they denied permission from prison officials. However, the man in charge of the prison attended the Captain’s Reception on Logos two. According to officials he was so impressed with the program that he reversed his decision. A team was able to present their program there and as a result two inmates gave their hearts to Christ.
