Trans World Radio and the Christian and Missionary Alliance are announcing a partnership that will bring the Gospel to the United States. More specifically, they plan on presenting it in Russian for citizens of the former Soviet Union who are now living in the United States. TWR’s Rich Greene. “There’s some 765-thousand former nationals of the former collapse Soviet Union who have moved to this country. so, the CMA and TransWorld Radio are teaming together to reach these people for Jesus Christ, particularly in the Northeast sector of the United States.” Green explains their role. “TransWorld Radio’s part in this alliance is putting in the hands of churches, CD’s and cassettes taken from specially produced programs that were aired originally in the Soviet Union so they can hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their particular language.”
