(Liberia)–We turn next to an SIM report from Liberia. The country has long been overshadowed by war and its devastation. SIM’s medical facilities were severely damaged by the 1996 civil war. However, the group recently celebrated completed renovations to an outpatient clinic adjacent to SIM’s ELWA hospital in Monrovia. The next phases include an obstetric ward and an AIDS project. SIM works to glorify God by partnering with churches to evangelize, minister to human need, and disciple believers.
