(Iraq)–Elsewhere, the United Nations reports that isolated parts of Iraq desperately need humanitarian aid. Food stores and medicine remain in short supply. Among those responding, Operation Blessing’s New York Bless-A-Child program. The teams help over 3,000 at-risk children every year. This summer, the boys and girls will “Give Something Back – for the children of Iraq” by holding two-dozen fundraisers. Teams hope to share the love of God through the Operation Blessing and Bless-A-Child programs.
