(Nigeria)–Elsewhere, the Voice of the Martyrs reports that continued religious violence in two areas of Nigeria has resulted in several churches being vandalized as well as the death of a young man. While some Nigerian politicians suggest political motives for the violence, similar religious clashes have resulted in hundreds of deaths in recent months. Pray that the explosive situation in Nigeria will be diffused and that the violence won’t spread. Pray too, that churches will continue their outreach ministries safely.
