International (MNN) — It's the beginning of February, and Vision Beyond Borders is praising the Lord: they received enough funds for 9,000 pairs of shoes.
Last month, VBB sent out a plea for help to raise about $15,000 for shoes. And they have announced that all has come in except about $6,000. It was just three weeks ago that they were asking for people to help with the last chunk of money.
VBB says they are very grateful for the generosity of the donors and volunteers. They are hoping that the shoes will demonstrate the love of Christ to those who do not have shoes.
Pray that God will use these shoes to demonstrate His love and protection for those in need.
