Zambia (MNN)–The massive growth of evangelical churches in Zambia is encouraging, though there is a growing Islamic impact.
That’s why the Executive Director of IN Network Zambia is excited about the results of a church planting tour last month in the north.
The team worked near the Tanzanian border. Over 250 people made came to Christ and the Gospel was preached to over a thousand people. Church leaders also ministered to over 200 couples in the HIV/AIDS initiative of the Family Care ministry.
IN Zambia was founded in 1986. Its first ministry emphasis was ZACTS – Zambia Agriculture Crafts and Theological Studies, located in Solwezi, Northwestern Zambia.
The ministry has expanded in recent years to include Family Care near Ndola and a Computer Training Center in Solwezi.
