Founded in 1998 with roots going back to 1955, Thimar-LSESD is a Lebanese faith-motivated organization with a holistic approach that seeks to strengthen the local Church and serve the local community. Thimar’s vision is to see communities transformed and churches flourishing both in Lebanon and the MENA region for the glory of God.
The organization pursues this vision through leadership development, Arabic resources such as theological textbooks, discipleship of youth, and church partnerships. Other areas of service include emergency relief, special needs advocacy, Christian education, and interfaith dialogue.
