Ukraine (MNN) — Separatist votes took place in Eastern Ukraine May 10 in the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk. Pro-Russian separatists are claiming victory, even though there was widespread voter fraud. Missionary George DeVyust is in Keiv, Ukraine and describes the situation on the ground.
