USA (MNN) — How many times have you heard someone say, "I just want to do something for someone this Christmas — someone who really needs it." This year Buckner International is giving you a chance to make a difference in the life of someone who really needs it — the life of an orphaned child.
With Christmas just a few weeks away, Buckner International's Steve Massey says many of us may "have a long list [of people] to shop for, possibly trying to buy something for someone who has everything. While providing a gift is important at Christmas time, you may actually want "to go and work in orphanages, provide vacation Bible school, share the Gospel with children, and letting them know that somebody cares about them."
