USA (MNN) — The start of 2007 brings a new world-wide initiative that organizers hope will become a movement. Sammy Tippit Ministries says they have called it “Praying For Your Families.”
Tippit says he believes there are a lot of hurting families that have loved ones that are unsaved or going through a difficult period. Tippit believes in the power of prayer and wants people to know that they have developed material to help in praying effectively.
As Tippit has met with religious leaders around the country he has found that the burden is great and many others around the world agree.
Sammy Tippit Ministries developed material to help people in their personal lives and church groups on how to pray effectively and in turn see thousands come to Christ. The material is available by going to prayingforyourfamily.com.
The initiative was launched in 2007 because this marks 150 years since the last major national revival. The initiative
is being launched in 6 countries beginning with the United States.
