Brazil (MNN)–Among the greatest needs of a growing church body in South America: training. As the force of Christians increases, the passion for evangelism and teaching is only cooled by a lack of grounded training.

However, CB International reports a milestone in outreach to South America. On October 25th, the Campinas Baptist Theological Seminary in Brazil celebrates 25 years of ministry. A day of festivities is planned with a thanksgiving service in the evening. The Campinas Seminary trains students in theology and sacred music.

CBI considers their work a vital partnership with churches and a pioneering force in fulfilling Christ’s commission to the final frontiers of the harvest. What does it mean for CBI to work in partnership with local churches? It means that they want to become an organization focused on the church, serving the church, helping to facilitate the global outreach of the church. CB International believes this task is a team effort and a vital partnership that encircles the globe and embraces the people.
