(China)–Next, the SARS outbreak is affecting church leadership training in China. According to Open Doors, none of their co-workers contracted the virus, but repercussions from containment efforts have serious consequences on Christian ministry. Traveling restrictions forced the cancellation of training sessions. Leadership training has been identified as one of the most critical needs facing the church in China and the cancellation means key top trainers will not be receive their much needed instructions.
