(Guam) — And finally, Trans World Radio would like to thank many of you who prayed for them last week as a powerful typhoon approached their facilities on Guam. According to TWR’s chief engineer Chuck White, the storms that typically hit the island made a 90-degree turn to the northeast. Packing 190 mile per hour winds, the storm would have caused major damage to their facilities where they beam radio programs into Asia and other parts of the world.
