(USA)–Next, the Southern Baptist International Mission Board of the Southern says a false missionary has been arrested and charged in a Kentucky fraud case. According to the IMB, Daniel Lubowa conned several churches in the United States into making large donations to a non-existent mission work in Uganda and Sudan. It appears he has been doing this for several years in at least seven states. Lubowa faces a felony charge of theft by deception. Please pray that legitimate evangelistic ministries to the same area will not be harmed by Lubowa’s scam.
