India (MNN) ― Hindu Militants continue to harass an Indian pastor and threaten his church. Voice of the Martyrs' Canada says Pastor C. Samuel John, is the owner of an orphanage in Lakkavalli, Karnataka state.
Members of the BJP accuse him of holding forced conversions, according to Compass Direct. BJP supporters filed a complaint with the police alleging he was inducing Dalits to convert to Christianity.
The Hindu militants have also threatened violence to new believers. Activists threatened, harassed and interrogated residents of the village in order to gain information about the orphanage.
As the danger grows, pray that the Lord will protect him and allow him to continue his ministry. Also pray that Indian Christians will not be controlled by fear.
