Crossroad Bible Institute says these people are known as 'Tier 2' instructors. Prisoners study God's word with a 'pen-pal' personal mentor after graduating from 'Tier 1' studies. Crossroad says this is a great way to extend your impact for the Kingdom as many of these inmates are sharing what they're learning with other inmates.
