And, the Evangelical Free Church Mission has been encouraged to begin a new Church Planting Movement in the Dominican Republic. The idea is to reach out to the urban middle class and upper middle class population and in rural towns. Several mission leaders of sister organization presently working in the area will lead the project. The goal is aimed at church planting and developing national leaders, in the hopes that they're based on solid biblical principles, yet done in a sensitive manner to the Dominican culture.
