International (MNN) ― Across the globe, nearly 200 million people still have not had the chance to read or hear the Scriptures in their own heart language.

Due to refined strategies and a raised awareness, the speed of translation efforts has recently been increased. As Wycliffe Bible Translators and other similar organizations work to reduce the number of unreached people groups daily, you can also join in on the effort.

Those who join Wycliffe's Bibleless Peoples Prayer Project (BPPP) will receive a packet containing specific prayer requests, as well as information about an unreached people group featured daily.

For instance, the Duke language of the Solomon Islands was the featured people group Feb. 4, as was the Blafe people of Papau New Guinea on Feb. 3.

Since 1982, the BPPP has been informing individuals around the world about pressing needs in translation and forming a powerful prayer chain that has seen God's hand work in wonderful ways.

Recently, they saw their goal of 10,000 prayer partners met. However, there is no such thing as too much prayer.
