International (MNN) ― Spring training of a different sort is coming up.
May 8 is the beginning of Boot Camp for all new e3 Partners' ministry staff members. The three-day training session helps prepare team members for effective outreach. It includes everything from simple campaign execution, to principles in church-planting, to leadership development.
Participants will learn about the ministry's vision, how the various parts of the ministry work together, and how to lead Leadership Development Conferences and Mission Trips.
For those whose enthusiasm knows no bounds, they also offer self-paced training. Rather than waiting for the next instructor-led course, trainees can learn from home with the notebooks and videos e3 provides. These materials include exercises and self-tests to help measure progress and understanding.
